Send us a text

This week in the NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) series, Pastor Rick Vannoy focuses on the importance of living by faith, not by self-effort. Through the lens of Paul's rebuke to the Galatians, Pastor Rick explains that spiritual life and transformation come through the power of the Holy Spirit, not through our own attempts at law-keeping or religious effort.

This message is a reminder that true spiritual growth happens when we stop trying to be perfect on our own and start depending fully on God. Pastor Rick challenges us to trust in God's promises and power more than our personal efforts. If you’ve been relying on your own strength to live out your faith, this message will encourage you to shift your focus back to God’s grace.

  3. How does Paul's confrontation with the Galatians challenge your own faith journey?
  4. In what ways do you struggle to believe that God's power is enough for your daily life? How can you grow in dependence on the Holy Spirit?
  5. What does it mean to live by trust and faith rather than by lists of rules or self-imposed expectations?
